How did it begin? 

Originally I was a jet-set corporate wonk, spending majority of my time striving for the next rung of the ladder. Day after day I fought my way to the top, enduring countless redeye flights and bland conference rooms, only to wake up each morning wondering why I was doing it. One day the cliché “do what you’re passionate about and the rest will fall into place” finally sunk in. Within a few weeks I quit my job and began contemplating my passions. Simultaneously, I began training for the Accenture Triathlon in Chicago, an activity that I had no time for as a corporate wonk. One day after an especially draining brick workout, it occurred to me that along the way I had forgotten how athletics and fitness were my passion. In the back of my mind I guess I always knew that my second career would be in the heath and fitness industry but it wasn’t until that workout on the lake that I realized that it was time to transition.

The Webster Dictionary says ‘transition’ means the following;

1 a: passage from one state, stage, subject, or place to another: CHANGE b : a movement, development, or evolution from one form, stage, or style to another

3: an abrupt change in energy state or level (as of an atomic nucleus or a molecule) usually accompanied by loss or gain of a single quantum of energy

Transit is an extension of my passion for fitness and helping people. An entrepreneur at heart, I am keen on building a business and sharing
